Don't worry, our Baggage Service is here to help!

For your information, baggage handling and baggage service are the sole responsibility of the airline. The airport baggage service is therefore unable to respond to your baggage-related queries and follow-ups, and invites you to contact your airline's website or the contact details indicated on this page.

Can't find your baggage? Or has it been damaged?

The baggage service will do everything in its power to locate your missing baggage. You'll find a list of the various baggage services available, whether from your airline or from ground handlers. The baggage service is there to take charge of and manage missing or damaged/returned baggage (according to each airline's conditions).

In all cases, it's important to file a baggage claim. For some airlines, you can do so on their website within 24 hours of your flight's arrival.

If you are in possession of a file number, you will be contacted promptly without any further action on your part (files are usually cleared within 1 to 2 days, or up to 5 days).

Otherwise, please contact your airline as soon as possible.

In the case of damaged baggage, compensation depends on :

the type of incident that occurred to your baggage
Each airline's own contractual and commercial rules.
Only the airline will be in a position to analyze and process your claim, provided that a declaration has been made immediately after the damage has been detected on arrival of your flight. This declaration can be made to the baggage department or at the dedicated kiosks in the baggage delivery area. You will then receive a file number enabling you to be contacted again.
