Passenger guide

A terminal in front of the terminal allows passengers with reduced mobility to report to the escort service.

These specially trained agents accompany passengers in all stages and formalities of departure or arrival at the airport. Places are identified on the parking P1 (long-term) and P0 (short-term) and the marked path.

The Clermont-Ferrand Auvergne airport is equipped with lifts, access ramps and fitted toilets.

Any request for assistance or accompaniment must be made by the passenger when purchasing the ticket from the airline.
